      Well, in the native version you have basic commands (Follow me, hold this posistion, charge etc) But there has been a new implementation of formations in some of the mods which allow you to order your troops into formation (Line, Wedge etc).

      Where did i get them?? these are all Nord archers, all recruited from Nord villiages and forged into real men in the heat of battle!! And i've got so many because i play this game so godamn much!! :)
